BTM (Bridge Team Management)

Target group: Navigators who have been assigned to a new vessel and personnel who need to establish or practice common bridge routines, operating/operations procedures and communication. The training course aims at generating higher efficiency through effective team-work.

Duration: 5 days

Fee includes: Training materials, training using simulator, lunch and refreshments during the training course.

Description: The training provides useful tools for the navigators (Bridge Team) to prevent escalation of critical situations onboard and increase their efficiency when working as a team. The training can be designed for specific ships and operating areas. The training is concluded with a test and a diploma.

The training complies with the IMO STCW-95 code, sect. A-I/6.
